Covid Measures

Before attending any of our classes, please familiarise yourself with our Covid measures so that you know what we are doing to protect you and your little one, and what you can do to help us and look after others.

Baby Strollers

  • Due to limited space and government restrictions on numbers, only 1 adult per booking please

  • Try not to arrive earlier than 5 minutes ahead of your session time. There will be hand sanitizer available for you to use on your arrival (and when leaving)

  • For our indoor sessions will be operating a "mask to mat" policy, but feel free to keep your mask on for the session if you wish. Our rooms will be well-ventilated

  • Please bring your own yoga mat (or blanket) and place these 2m apart on arrival (measurements will often be marked  or we will guide you as to where these should be placed)

  • We know it is tricky to socially distance yourself if your little one is on the move or crawling, but try to retrieve them as quickly and safely as possible

  • Please leave the premises promptly after the session to avoid congregrating

  • If you or your baby are unwell, have any Covid symptoms or have been in contact with someone infected, please do not attend the class.

*if there are any additional Covid guidelines that aren't mentioned above, but apply to the session you are attending, you will receive an email with these at least 24 hours ahead of your session.
