Join Caroline for a class full of "Yes"! Caroline has specialised in Pre and Post natal exercise for 9 years. During this 45 minute session, she will focus on what you can do in pregnancy, strengthening the places that need it, and opening out those bits that get tight. All you need is yourself and a mat. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy
