Tough Mothers London

I'm Candice Pearce, founder of Tough Mothers London. I’m a pre and post-natal fitness coach with a BSC Hons Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and over 15 years' experience in the health and fitness industry.  


I set up Tough Mothers London because I'm passionate about wanting to help all women feel empowered when it comes to exercise!  Being a mum of two myself I'm especially invested in helping women in one of the most amazing times in their life- motherhood!  


So many women are eager to continue to exercise during pregnancy or return to the gym after having a baby, but feel overwhelmed with what to do, what not to do, how to progress, how to regress and knowing how to listen to their body during such a vulnerable time.  


Having a baby is a big deal and the body is adapting and transitioning with each precious week!  I train women to be strong and motherhood ready by focusing on pelvic and core strength and motherhood movement patterns.    


I also offer group fitness training and personal training (online or in person) to help women reach their personal health and fitness goals.
